Becovic Residential Expands Rogers Park Portfolio
CHICAGO, IL (January 20, 2023) – Becovic Residential, a Chicago-based multifamily owner and operator, has added a five-story mixed-use development featuring sixteen residential units and one commercial space to its Northside portfolio. The Morse Glenwood, located at 1412 W. Morse in Chicago, sold for $4.225 million. The transaction was brokered by Joe Smazal with Interra Realty.
