Becovic Residential Adds Another Rogers Park Courtyard Building 

CHICAGO, IL (February 23, 2023) – Becovic Residential, a Chicago-based multifamily owner and operator, has added a 3 story corner courtyard multifamily building to its Northside portfolio. The Damen Fargo, located at 7381 N. Damen in Chicago, sold for $4 million. The transaction was brokered by Matt Feo and Rick Ofman with Chicago-based Essex Realty Group and financed by Associated Bank. Becovic Management Group will be managing the property.

The Damen Fargo is located near Pottawatomie Park and is a short 1/2 mile to the Howard Red Line and walking distance to the Clark bus line.  The busy Howard Street corridor is two blocks north of the property while Gateway Centre Plaza is a short 7 minute walk northeast of the property providing residents with national big box retail chains. The popular local dining and entertainment destination of Jarvis Square is within 15 minutes walking distance and features a theater, restaurants and nightlife.
