Becovic Residential Acquires the The Kenmore Court

Chicago, IL — March 24 2026 — Becovic Residential has acquired a 56-unit apartment building located at 5833 N. Kenmore Avenue in Chicago’s Edgewater neighborhood for $7.6 million.

The Kenmore Court, is a 4+1 style building comprised of 26 studios, 29 one-bedroom units, and 1 two-bedroom unit, along with 24 on-site parking spaces. It is located near Lake Michigan and the CTA Red Line.

“This is great property in a beautiful neighborhood. We’ll manage it the right way and take care of it over time,” said Sal Becovic.

The transaction was brokered by Kiser Group, with financing provided by Heartland Bank. The property will be managed by Becovic Management Group.

Becovic plans to invest in the property over time and continue operating it as part of its long-term North Side portfolio.
