Becovic Residential, a Chicago-based multifamily owner and operator, has added another Edgewater property to its growing portfolio with the acquisition of The Winthrop Place, located at 5710 N. Winthrop Avenue.

The property was purchased for $5,500,000, with the transaction brokered by Essex Realty Group and financed by Associated Bank. The building will be managed by Becovic Management Group.
