Becovic Adds 21 Units to Rogers Park Portfolio

Becovic Residential LLC recently added a 21-unit multifamily building in Rogers Park to its expansive North Side Chicago portfolio.  

Danny Logarakis of Kiser Group represented both buyer and seller. Closing on May 12, 2022, the building sold for nearly asking price to the building’s 20-year owner.  

“This part of the city is incredibly attractive to investors who want to own on the North Side but are looking for higher yield and more units than in Lincoln Park and Lakeview,” said Logarkis. “Rogers Park is a perfect area for these types of investors because it offers the same appeal as [other] neighborhoods while offering more units.”

Now known as The Morse Lakewood, 1237 W. Morse Ave. is 100% occupied, has 9 parking spaces and contains 1- and 2-bedroom units. The Morse Lakewood will be managed by Becovic Management Group.
