Lee Grin is the Director of Operations, serving as the right hand of the organization. She joined the team in 2016 as an Account Manager before being promoted to Assistant Property Manager, then Property Manager. Lee currently oversees Becovic’s Milwaukee properties and leads operations initiatives throughout the portfolio. Lee is also a certified Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and recently completed the Chicago Police Department’s Community Partner course.
Prior to Becovic, Lee served as a Customer Relations Manager with Toyota Motor Corporation handling the New York region and social media assistant for the Buffalo Bills football team.
Outside of work, Lee enjoys sporting events, fantasy football and spending time with her two Yorkies.
