Meet Our Team

Ella Mihai is Becovic’s First Assistant Account Manager and serves as our primary liaison with Chicago’s rental assistance programs to ensure that Becovic residents in these programs have the most accurate representation and best information. She also works with our residents to find solutions to payment issues when needed.  Ella joined Becovic in the summer of 2022, after working in real estate & property management since 2005. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting from Robert Morris University.

Outside of Becovic, she enjoys discovering new food spots & attempting to recreate the same recipes at home with a 50/50 success rate. Ella also spends her time traveling, reading, spending time with family & friends & is an occasional cat foster mom.
