America’s top food podcast returns to Chicago! Join James Beard Award winning host Dan Pashman and a special guest for this live taping of The Sporkful podcast in celebration of Dan’s first cookbook, Anything’s Pastable: 81 Inventive Pasta Recipes For Saucy People. The book was inspired by the response to Dan’s viral pasta shape cascatelli, which was named one of Time Magazine’s Best Inventions of the Year.

There will also be a special appearance by Darnell Reed, one of the recipe developers who worked on Anything’s Pastable and the chef/owner of Luella’s Southern Kitchen in Chicago, which was the first restaurant in America to serve cascatelli.
