This open house will take place on OCTOBER 15th @ 6PM at GALE COMMUNITY ACADEMY, located at 1631 W. JONQUIL TERRACE (enter at Door 1 – accessible entrance at Door 3).

• The Chicago Department of Planning and Development will share updates regarding the city-owned lot at Howard and Ashland and a framework for future development along Howard
• Housing For All will share updates regarding the all-affordable development at Howard and Paulina
• The Rogers Park Business Alliance and MUSE will share updates regarding the One Howard Plan
• The City of Evanston will also share updates regarding initiatives on the Evanston
