Rules for virtual meetings are available now for review. A summary of the public comment portion is available below:
- Public testimony is the preferred method of public comment. Members of the public wishing to speak must join the Zoom meeting at the link below at 8:30 a.m. the day of the meeting.
- Speakers that wish to show the Board exhibits must submit an exhibit request form. A completed form along with the proposed exhibit(s) must be received at ZBA@cityofchicago.org by 5 p.m. the Monday before the meeting.
- Written statements from members of the public will be accepted at ZBA@cityofchicago.org until 5 p.m. the Monday before the meeting.
