Becovic is focused on the health and safety of our Residents and our Teams. Our COVID-19 Response Team continues to monitor the pandemic and follows all city and state guidelines. We will update this page as needed to provide you with current information about our COVID-19 procedures.
Residents
Residents, thank you for doing your part in maintaining social distance and following our guidelines for common areas such as the Fitness Rooms, Laundry Centers, outdoor patios, lobbies and hallways of your Community.
We also thank you for following our guidelines for maintaining a smoke-free environment as well as minimizing noise disturbances to your fellow neighbors.
Please continue to submit work orders through the resident portal. Our maintenance and cleaning teams continue to work to ensure that your building and apartment are safe.
What you can do
Wear a mask when in your building or outside.
Wash your hands frequently.
Consolidate package retrieval.
Clean your apartment regularly.
Contact your health care provider if you are sick.
Social distance at least six feet away from others whenever possible.
Follow all City of Chicago travel quarantine rules.
Management Office
The Becovic Management Office is open for business and available by phone or email. For the safety of our Management Team, our office is not currently open to the public and appointments are required for in-person visits. We appreciate your patience.
Leasing
In person apartment tours are currently available. We are also offering pre-recorded video tours and 360 virtual tours and you can email us at info@becovic.com for photos and videos of available units.
Masks are not required for in person tours. Our leasing team will not be masked by default, but are happy to mask if that makes you more comfortable.
Rental Assistance
We understand the economic shock that we have all been through, and know many are still affected. While our economy remains uncertain, we remain dedicated to working with our residents.
