Becovic Management Group Opens Rogers Park Leasing & Sales Office

Becovic Management Group is proud to announce the opening of their new Leasing & Sales Office at 1531 W. Howard St.  A grand opening on Monday, November 13, featured a ribbon cutting ceremony by Rogers Park Business Alliance (RPBA). Notable attendees included RPBA President Sandi Price, Rogers Park Builders Group President Mike Glasser, State Representative (14th District) Kelly Cassidy, and Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias. Local dining establishments JB Alberto’s, Howard Street Brewing, and A Common Cup provided refreshments, and winners of a business card raffle rewarded attendees with gift cards to community businesses.

The new office, situated in the Elevation Lofts, demonstrates Becovic’s commitment to community presence, housing their Leasing and Concierge Teams with space for their Brokerage division. This move aligns with their ethos of being integral to the neighborhoods they serve, evident in their 50-year history of community investment. The family-founded company, rooted in local engagement since its first office in Uptown continues to strengthen its connection in the communities it operates.

The opening is synchronous with the efforts of the One Howard Street initiative, a collaborative effort of Rogers Park and Evanston along with businesses and non-profits from both to develop Howard Street into a thriving, safe, and inclusive corridor.
