Tucked away at the top of the city, Juneway Terrace is one of the many hidden gem locations in Rogers Park and West Ridge.
Originally named Birchwood Terrace, this short street at the edge of Calvary Cemetery is part of the last piece of Rogers Park to be annexed to Chicago, It joined the city in 1915, and was not fully developed until the 1920s. The vintage array of American Four Square homes and classic Chicago-style bungalows on large, deep lots are drawing strong interest to the tour.
The homes and gardens of Juneway Terrace have experienced ups and downs, but the tour’s seven vintage homes and an additional award-winning garden have been restored and maintained by proud owners who will be your guides.
