Becovic Residential Acquires 27 Units North of Howard

Becovic Residential, a Chicago-based multifamily owner and operator, has successfully acquired a 27-unit apartment building at 1546 W. Jonquil Terrace in the Rogers Park neighborhood.  Becovic purchased the four-story walkup for $2,000,000. The deal was brokered by CBRE’s Justin Ross  and Danny Byrne. Financed by Devon Bank, the property will be managed by Becovic Management Group.

Built in 1930, The Jonquil Place offers a mix of nine studios, 17 one-bedrooms, and one two-bedroom unit. Additionally, 10 on-site storage lockers and a residential laundry room are in operation. Becovic plans extensive improvements and investments to both the interior and exterior of the property.

Nestled in the North of Howard area of Rogers Park, The Jonquil Place is located nearby historic Howard Street and its restaurants and shops as well as bustling Sheridan Road with its great access to Evanston, Chicago and its northern suburbs.
