Becovic Residential, a Chicago-based multifamily owner and operator, has successfully acquired a 27-unit apartment building at 1546 W. Financed by Devon Bank, the property will be managed by Becovic Management Group.

Built in 1930, The Jonquil Place offers a mix of nine studios, 17 one-bedrooms, and one two-bedroom unit. Additionally, 10 on-site storage lockers and a residential laundry room are in operation. Becovic plans extensive improvements and investments to both the interior and exterior of the property.
